The Lightweight Modular Vault is made of Ultra High Strength concrete. These vaults are viable options in situations where a lighter vault is required due to weight limitations of upper level floor slabs or other special requirements. These vaults can be designed to accept the Class 5 Vault Doors, Special Size Class 5 Equal Vault Doors, Class 1,2,3 Bank Style Vault Doors & Fire Rated and Dispensary Class Vault Doors in Single or Double Leaf sizes.
We can supply these vaults with Lighting, Electrical and Security Systems as well as interior Weapons Racks, Lockers and Wire Mesh Partitions. Please contact us for a personalized quotation to include full installation and testing.
These vaults are available in the following options:
CLASS 1 – Panels are 3″ thick with a 30 minute security rating. Weight: 40 Lbs. / Sq. Ft.
CLASS 2 – Panels are 5″ thick with a 60 minute security rating. Weight: 67 Lbs. / Sq. Ft.
CLASS 3 – Panels are 7″ thick with a 120 minute security rating. Weight: 94 Lbs. / Sq. Ft.
